Important Information

• Prices: All prices are exclusive of VAT. A written quotation and invoice are provided for each project.

• Travel: Travel within 30 km of Olten is free of charge. Beyond that, CHF 0.80 per km applies.

• Shooting time and scope: If the included shooting duration or number of locations is exceeded, additional time is charged at CHF 120 per hour.

• Delivery: Edited content is delivered digitally (via WeTransfer or other secure links) according to the project timeline.

• Usage rights: All photos, videos, and designs are created exclusively for the client. After full payment, all commercial usage and copyright rights are transferred to the client.

• Revisions: Each content includes one revision. Additional revisions are charged at CHF 90 per hour.

• Confidentiality: KABA Kreativ keeps all client data, project materials, and visual assets confidential. No content will be shared or published without prior client approval.

• Payment terms: A 50% advance payment is required. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
  Payments are accepted via bank transfer (IBAN only).

• Delivery time: Standard delivery time is 7–14 business days after the shooting date, depending on the project scope.
